Coumarin derivatives have excellent fluorescence properties,such as large Stokes shift,high fluorescence quantum yield and good light stability,which have been widely used in organic fluorescent small molecular materials.A novel drug loaded polymer micelles with mannose receptor targeting and pH sensitive drug release characteristics were prepared by using the synthesized amphiphilic polymer molecule (PGMA mannose)as drug carrier and the anticancer drug doxorubicin (DOX).We can provide this product D-Coumarin-Mannose/D-Mannose-Coumarin.
